Lumina is a local-first software application providing note-taking, knowledge management, and optional integrations with cloud backup and email services.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your notes, encryption keys, and third-party credentials (such as Google OAuth access tokens). You agree not to use the application for any unlawful purposes.
Lumina interacts with third-party APIs (including Google Drive and Gmail). Your use of these services through Lumina is subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies.
Lumina is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall the authors or copyright holders of Lumina be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
